How can I create an Account?
Click the Create Account button on the homepage and choose whether you want to register as a Player or a Manager. Fill in your details and confirm your email address to activate your profile. The whole process takes less than two minutes.
Can I register as a Player and Manager at the same time?
Yes. Drafted supports dual roles on a single account, so you can switch between your Player profile and Manager dashboard at any time. You only need to complete the additional profile fields for each role before you go live.
How is my data stored?
All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure European servers. We follow GDPR best practices and never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open your account settings and go to the Billing section to see available plans. Pick the one that fits you best and confirm the upgrade — the change takes effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
