How can I create an Account?

Click the Create Account button on the homepage and choose whether you want to register as a Player or a Manager. Fill in your details and confirm your email address to activate your profile. The whole process takes less than two minutes.

Can I register as a Player and Manager at the same time?

Yes. Drafted supports dual roles on a single account, so you can switch between your Player profile and Manager dashboard at any time. You only need to complete the additional profile fields for each role before you go live.

How is my data stored?

All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure European servers. We follow GDPR best practices and never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Open your account settings and go to the Billing section to see available plans. Pick the one that fits you best and confirm the upgrade. The change takes effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.

Which sports are currently supported?

Drafted currently focuses on handball, with plans to expand into basketball, voleyball, football and other team sports, as well as emerging e-sports categories.

Who can create a player profile?

Any athlete, whether professional, semi-professional, or amateur, can join Drafted to showcase their career, stats, videos, and personal achievements.

Who can create a manager profile on Drafted?

Any individual who actively represents players or fulfills a managerial role in sports can create a profile on Drafted. This includes officially appointed club representatives, licensed and unlicensed managers working as freelancers, coaches seeking players for their teams, as well as anyone responsible for promoting or offering players on the market. A formal license is not a requirement; however, providing some form of verification or proof of your role is strongly recommended to build credibility and trust on the platform.

Can young athletes use the platform?

Yes, athletes under 18 can join the platform with parental supervision. Parents can manage profiles and track progress safely through the parental dashboard.

Can Managers create profiles for the Players they represent?

Yes, you can create profiles on behalf of the players you represent. However, it is strongly recommended that the profile is created using the player’s own email address to ensure authenticity, ownership, and smoother communication moving forward.
